Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, including administrations, liquidations, and bankruptcies.
- Conducting investigations, identifying key issues, and formulating effective strategies for resolution.
- Preparing statutory reports and documentation, ensuring compliance with UK insolvency regulations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including creditors, solicitors, and clients.
- Leading and mentoring team members, promoting their professional development and ensuring high standards of work.
- Monitoring case progress, managing budgets, and meeting deadlines efficiently.
Candidate Requirements
- A proven track record in insolvency management with a comprehensive understanding of UK insolvency law and procedures.
- Professional qualifications such as CPI, JIEB, ACA, or ACCA are highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Clear and confident communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders and team members.
