VACANCY: Installations Coordinator

LOCATION: Dukinfield

SALARY: £26,000 negotiable depending on experience

Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced coordinator who has previously dealt wth contractors / installers out onsites. The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced environment ensuring the customers are updated on the progress of their order and installation.

Duties:

• Coordinating multiple installation projects at anyone time
• Liaising with production on lead times
• Booking contractors and installers
• Liaising with the customer on lead times for installations
• Producing all relevant installation paperwork
• Uploading completed job sheets
• Updating customer information on the internal system
• Rescheduling installations where needed
• General day to day administration
