Role OverviewAs a Real Estate Fundraiser, you will join a dynamic team to drive capital-raising activities for expanding portfolio of real estate projects across Europe. You will work closely with institutional investors, leveraging the firm's established reputation and innovative investment offerings to secure partnerships and funding. This position is based in London and you will be working within the London team.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising within real estate / infrastructure.
• Strong network of institutional investors and an ability to build long-term relationships.
• In-depth understanding of real estate markets, particularly in the UK and Europe.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
