Currently we are representing an established and growing brokerage, focused primarily on property-led insurance.

The company is expanding steadily and offers strong career progression opportunities.

The Role:

• Salary: Up to £50k (includes £4.5k car allowance)
• Hybrid: 3 days per week in the New Milton office
• Manage a team of 5
• Handle a mix of leadership & book of business management (50/50 split)
• Premiums up to £600k per client

What They’re Looking For:

?Strong management skills - ability to lead and develop an experienced team

? Client-facing experience, happy to meet with clients a couple of times a month

The ideal candidate will have experience in Commercial Broking/andor/Underwriting and will have managed or support a team previously.
