This is a key role in a high-growth environment, balancing commercial insight with hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities

• Trading Performance: Analyse trends, identify growth opportunities, and work cross-functionally to drive financial performance.
• Operational Efficiency: Oversee reporting, manage projects, and ensure smooth execution of key initiatives.
• Supplier & Partnership Management: Monitor supplier contracts, optimise commercial terms, and support new partnership deals.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years in UK personal/commercial motor insurance, ideally in a trading or operations role.
• Strong knowledge of motor insurance pricing, market trends, and commercial levers.
• Analytical mindset with experience in MI reporting, contract management, and financial performance analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate at board level.
• A proactive, structured, and commercially driven approach.
