Interim Accountant - Nigel Wright Group : Job Details

The JobDue to change in our client business with regards to ownership, an interim Accountant will be hired for 6-9 months to assist with various workstreams/projects relating to the change. Hybrid or fully remote opportunity.  You will support a Group Controller will the changes in reporting and controls.Some of the projects you will be involved in include:

• Changing year end reporting deadline
• Sox controls
• Change to various reporting streams, systems and controls.

• Qualified Accountant, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent 
• Experience of group accounts and consolidations
• Have experience of working with a US owned business
• Experience of Sox compliance
• Up to date knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
• FX experience
