This is a full-time role on an interim basis, starting as soon as possible. The position is expected to last until December 2025, with the possibility of extension.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage financial reports and statements.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organisational policies.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial operations.
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably within the further education or higher education sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
