Interim Assistant Finance Business Partner - Robertson Bell : Job Details

Robertson Bell are supporting a Southampton-based public sector organisation to recruit an interim Assistant Finance Business Partner on an initial six month contract. This is a hybrid role that will require the successful candidate to attend the office three days per week. 

The Assistant Finance Business Partner will be responsible for; 

• Supporting stakeholders with budget management and forecasting. 
• Running a smooth month end process, including preparation the Management Accounts. 
• Writing and delivering financial reports with detailed anaylysis. 
• Acting as the first line of support for business units on finance-related queries. 

The successful canidate will; 

• Be at least a part qualified accountant with exams having been taken in addition to any exemptions.
• Demonstrate experience running smooth month end processes and preparing insightful financial reports. 
• Have demostrable experience supporting non-financial stakeholders. 
• Be a strong user of MS Excel.
