The Supply Register is currently working in partnership with one of our exclusive trusts in Birmingham. On their behalf, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Deputy Headteacher to join the leadership team as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with proven school leadership experience to contribute to the continued success and development of the secondary school.

• Have substantial experience in secondary education, with a strong track record of leadership and school improvement aswell as quality of education
• Be passionate about raising standards and ensuring the best outcomes for all pupils.
• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support and inspire staff, pupils, and parents.
• Be able to lead by example, demonstrating outstanding teaching and leadership practices.
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative leadership team.

This interim position is a contracted basis, and could continue / extend as required
