Interim Credit Controller - IPS Group : Job Details

Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for an exciting interim opportunity in a fast-paced retail environment.We have a fantastic role for a skilled and proactive individual to join our clients finance team and make an immediate impact.Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage and collect payments from a diverse customer base.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
• Resolve customer queries related to payments and invoices.
• Liaise with internal departments to streamline processes and resolve issues.
• Prepare regular reports on debtor status and payment performance.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and company procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in credit control
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with financial software and systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
