As the interim Director of Finance you will have full oversight of budgets, financial strategy, investments, and ensuring the delivery of statutory reporting, along with maintain and building stakeholder relationships.

Description

As a Director of Finance you will lead the finance, payroll, and procurement functions, as well as the HR provision for the organisation.

You will also provide specific financial assurance to the Chief Executive, lead on external and internal audits, oversee risk management processes, and support the Audit & Risk Committee of the Board.

Ensuring the development and maintenance of effective financial policies and procedures.

Profile

The successful candidate will hold a full accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA,or CIPFA) and has worked in a similar positon within the public sector. Ability to build rapport and relationships will be key along with be available at short notice to start the position.

Job Offer

£650-£700 a day, remote working with occasional on site travel, for an initial 2-3 months.
