Description
- Conducting thorough property inspections and assessments
- Identifying and rectifying disrepair issues in a timely manner
- Producing detailed reports on property conditions and work carried out
- Ensuring compliance with relevant property regulations and standards
- Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
- Assisting in the development and implementation of maintenance strategies
- Managing contractors and overseeing quality of work
- Collaborating with the wider property team to achieve organisational goals
Profile
A successful Interim Disrepair Surveyor should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Property Surveying or a related field
- Experience in property maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of property regulations and standards
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Ability to manage contractors effectively
- Aptitude for working collaboratively within a team
- Have good experience with Damp and Mould Issues.
