Our client, a not for profit organisation, based in North Hertfordshire is actively looking for an Interim ER Specialist on a 3 month basis, to support a variety of ER issues and projects including restructures.

The role is covering a long term sickness absence and as a result workload has built up and cases are needing some immediate attention. Alongside the day to day ER case handling of absence, grievances, disciplinary hearings and more, this role will support organisational restructuring, involving collective and individual consultations and potential redundancies.

The successful candidate will be immediately available and have the following skills:

• CIPD Level 5 Qualified
• A minimum of 5 years experience delivering ER casework
• Experienced in restructures and redundancy programmes
• Able to manage consultations- individual and collective
• Experience of TUPE - ideal but not essential
• Self driven and able to operate independently
• Highly engaging
• Ability to communicate with all levels of stakeholders
