Reason for booking: To support an unexpected absence & a busy budgeting period in the new yearWe are currently recruiting for an interim finance business partner role for one of our professional services clients in Central Bristol. This role offers a competitive day rate, flexible hybrid working arrangements, and the chance to work with a close-knit team.Key Responsibilities:

• Confidently manage a busy budget season, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee gross profit analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Review and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Understand and evaluate business models to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met.

What We're Looking For:

• A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Strong experience in FP&A and commercial finance.
• Proven ability to handle budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
