Interim Finance Business Partner (Maternity Cover) | 9 - 12 months | £70,000 - £75,000

I am currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner to join our Global Manufacturing Client on a maternity cover contract. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and regional finance teams in a collaborative and flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly commercial performance and KPI reports
• Manage month-end reporting, including variance analysis
• Own the budget and forecasting process, explaining variances
• Provide strategic insights and support to the commercial team
• Be the key finance contact for senior stakeholders
• Improve the speed and quality of reporting through automation
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and other business needs
• Act as deputy to the Head of FP&A when required

Key Requirements;

• Fully qualified Chartered Accountant
• Experience in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Experience with management reporting, ERP systems, and process automation
