About the Role:

My client seeks a highly motivated and experienced Interim Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team. This is a contract position with the potential for long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will be a proven business partner.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct monthly meetings with sales departments/regions to review rebates and spending.
• Build strong relationships with sales teams quickly and effectively.
• Manage the month end process
• Understand and uphold policies and controls, taking corrective action and escalating exceptions as needed.
• Handle ad hoc Analysis
• Manage complex reporting to calculate accruals.
• Execute high-volume adjustments accurately at month-end.

Qualifications:

• Qualified Accountant with a strong business partnering skills.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Knowledge of Oracle is high desirable
• Month-end experience is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
