Job Location : Cambridge, UK
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients based in North Cambridge who are recruiting for an Interim Finance Manager on a full-time basis. Our client can offer a hybrid working model, and to be successful in the role, you would need to have experience in a similar position.
Typical duties include:
- Supporting the day-to-day accounting function and ensure processes are carried out accurately in a timely manner
- Leading the financial year end and audit processes
- Preparing management reports and providing financial insight to support decision making
- Leading the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Preparing financial statements to manage and monitor cash flow effectively
- Producing month end accounts and reporting back to senior leadership on company financials
- Supporting the wider team with any other ad-hoc duties as required
You will have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA or CIMA)
- A strong technical skillset
- Ability to communicate effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Experience managing a team would be preferred
