Interim Financial Controller | Global Music Distributer | London | Outside IR35

Harmonic are delighted to be working exclusively an international music distributer in Central London to find a new Interim Finance Controller for a 12-month contract.

Our client is a leading global music distribution company, supporting independent artists and record labels reach audiences worldwide. With a strong presence in UK, US, and European markets, they utilise industry-leading expertise and technology to seamlessly manage the full distribution lifecycle. The Role:

As Financial controller, you shall be overseeing the full financial reporting function for the business, working closely with the c-suite to offer financial insight. With an upcoming yearly-audit, you shall also support the CFO through the process, ensuring global compliance across their markets. You shall also oversee the Management Account and Finance Assistant activities, ensuring financial health and sustainability across the team.

The Duties:

• Leading financial reporting
• Managing internal and external audits
• Overseeing IFRS Compliance
• Reviewing internal control frameworks
• Overseeing Management Accounts
• Offering advice on financial strategies

What we need to see (essential):

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
• Demonstratable experience leading audits
• Multi-entity industry experience
• Fantastic communication skills
• Passionate about music/creative markets

What we'd like to see (bonus):

• Music Industry Experience

Location: London, Zone 1 (Hybrid)

Day Rate: £400-£450 (Outside IR35)
