Interim Financial Controller - EKIM Consulting : Job Details

Our client is a private equity backed business that provides infrastructure support services and has annual revenues of over £100m. They wish to appoint an Interim Financial Controller who will report to the Chief Financial Officer and assume day to day leadership of the financial control and reporting function.

Candidates should have a formal accounting qualification and already be working at Controller level. They should be collegiate and have a coaching style of mangment to raise team performance, but also be hands on with a strong detail orientation. They should also be able to demonstrate instances where they have embedded significant improvment to AP, AR and Creit Control proceses and outcomes.

Experiencence of financial systems implementation is also desirable.

Candidates must have immediate availability. The role is full time and is likely to run for six months or more. The on-site requirement is likely to be three days a week, possibly reducing to 2. There may be an interim to permanent opportunity.
