Interim Financial Controller - Manufacturing - Leicester

Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential for Temp to Perm)Salary: £70,000 + car allowance, bonus, and benefits

Communicate is partnering with an AIM-listed manufacturer seeking an immediate-start Financial Controller. This role will involve supporting operations, transactional finance, transformation projects, and financial accounting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial accounting and reporting processes
• Lead commercial finance initiatives from process improvements, streamlining controls and maximising the systems
• Manage the transactional finance team
• Support transformation projects within the finance function

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience in the manufacturing sector
• Experience in financial accounting and commercial finance
• Preference for candidates with auditing experience in group/listed environments, or have worked in listed environments
• Must be immediately available and able to work on-site in Leicester
• Commitment to the full 12-month contract
