Interim FP&A Opportunity in BathThe Hays Senior Finance team is excited to announce a 3-4-month interim assignment for a client in Bath. We are urgently seeking temporary FP&A support to join the team. If you're a skilled analyst with strong Excel skills and a knack for handling large data sets, this could be the perfect role for you:

• Location:Bath
• Start Date:ASAP
• Contract Length:Until at least March 2025
• Interviews: This week to start as soon as possible
• Office Requirement: 2 days a week in the office

Role Overview:In this role, you will be a key player in supporting the FP&A team during a critical period. Your main responsibilities will include providing business-as-usual analytical support, managing large data sets, and utilising forecasting tools in Excel. Additionally, you will handle ad-hoc project FP&A tasks and provide essential support with reconciliations.Key Responsibilities:

• Support the FP&A team with routine analytical work.
• Handle ad-hoc project FP&A tasks as needed.
• Confidently manage large data sets and utilise forecasting tools in Excel.
• Provide support mainly to help with reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial forecasting and budgeting.

What We're Looking For:

• A great analyst with strong Excel skills.
• Open for QBE, qualified, or part-qualified candidates.
• Proven experience in FP&A or a similar analytical role.
• The ability to support both routine and project-based FP&A work.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
