Interim Head of Reporting Commercial - Investigo : Job Details

Our Client

We are working with a listed business in the betting and gambling sector. Following some internal changes, they are looking to recruit an Interim Head of Reporting (Commercial) to support during a transition period within the UK&I team.

Responsibilities

• Work with the incumbent to gather as much information as possible about the current reporting processes
• Identify ways in which processes can be improved - looking at current processes and identify ways they can be streamlined etc
• Weekly and monthly reporting
• Able to extract useful information from sources to enhance reporting
• Support the design and preparation of budget model, provide key inputs and trends during planning cycle
• Able to analyse and provide commentary to support performance
• Work with stakeholders at varying levels - remaining detail oriented but also understanding how to communicate the bigger picture
• Management of 4 direct reports
• Working with large datasets

The Successful Candidate

• Worked on an FP&A / commercial reporting role for a large scale (£2bn P+L) and complex business
• Strong attention to details
• Confidence when dealing with stakeholders
• Able to translate complex financial data into concepts
• Experience driving positive change in a fast paced and ever changing environment
• Team management experience

What's On Offer

For the successful candidate there is a daily rate of circa £600 per day, inside IR35 (via umbrella). This is initially a 3 month contract to support with a handover period between someone leaving and a new person joining. This role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in their London office. This role requires someone who can commit to Monday - Thursday travel to Gibraltar once per month (fully expensed).
