Are you an immediately available HR professional with strong administrative skill who is passionate about supporting local communities?

Job title: HR Administrator

Contract time - 3 months interim role

Pay: £17 an hour + holiday pay

Location: A short walk from Whitechapel station

Pattern of work: Hybrid working - 3 days in the office

This is an exciting and busy role working as part of bigger HR team, to ensure successful delivery of HR operations across the organisation.

This well-established charity works to bring communities together to improve the quality of the lives of hundreds and thousands of people.

As HR Administrator your day to day duties will include;

  • Assisting with recruitment, including posting adverts and arranging interviews
  • Completing the onboarding of new starters
  • Leading on leavers process
  • Managing the HR inbox
  • Update monthly payroll changes
  • Assisting with ER meetings by completing minute taking
  • Process appraisal forms and processes

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your existing skills and the skills you will bring to the role of HR Administrator will include;

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a varied and busy role
  • Knowledge of employment law and recruitment
  • Knowledge of basic payroll changes
