Reed HR are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a forward-thinking technology company on a temporary basis. The Interim HR Business Partner will...
- Act as a Business Partner to management on human resource-related issues.
- Analyse trends and metrics with the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
- Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success and adjust as necessary.
