A higher education organisation are looking for a Interim HR Change Consultant to lead on a variety of change programs. The role is based in London with hybrid working and an immediate start.

Description

A Interim HR Change Consultant to:

- Lead on a variety of simultaneous change programs impacting up to 30 people

- Lead on consultations

- Support managers through the change program, advising on best practice

- Support on redeployment and/or redundancies

- Provide timely communication and FAQ's to staff

- Work in an advisory capacity to the wider organisation and respond to queries in a timely fashion

- Use your employment knowledge to advise on impact and risk, such as maternity leave

- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders

- Provide effective advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures

Profile

A Interim HR Change Consultant with:

- Previous change management experience essential

- Good knowledge of employment law and change management processes

- Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities

- Previous higher education experience desirable and/or public, NHS or NFP experience

- Proactive and good initiative

Job Offer

Interim HR Change Consultant

£220-300 per day

6 months initially

London Based with hybrid working

Immediate Start

Salary : 220 - 300
