Interim HR Project Officer - Hybrid or Fully Remote - Reed : Job Details

My Client based in Essex are looking to appoint an Interim HR Restructuring Project Officer to at least March 2025.

You would be required to draft letters and coordinate elections for reps and documentation associated with collective consultations and then individual consultations.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be available at short notice
• Have previous experience and understanding of restructures
• Be able to undertake all administration duties to support the HR Director throughout this project
• Be able to commit to this role until the project ends in March 2025

This role is being offered on a hybrid or fully remote basis as all Consultations are held via Teams
