Interim M&A Manager | London/Hybrid | £400-500pd Outside IR35 - 6 months

I am currently recruiting for an M&A Manager to join a global client of ours. In this role, you will play a key part in executing deals, working in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You will be involved in all parts of the transaction process, including due diligence, financial analysis, building financial models, and working with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support due diligence activities.
  • Perform financial analysis and create financial models.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Help manage the deal process, including documentation, valuations, and timelines.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and accounting.
  • Solid experience in financial modelling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with deal execution (documentation, valuation, and process management).
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Salary : 400 - 500
