Management Accountant - 12-Month Fixed-Term ContractLocation: Gloucester | Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum + Hybrid Working

Seeking immediately available Accountants who are immediately available or becoming available over the next month.

The Role:As the Management Accountant, you will collaborate closely with Customer Service and Operations, investigating revenue discrepancies, analysing monthly variances, and reporting to senior finance leaders. Your role will involve:

  • Management Accounts: Maintain balance sheets, manage monthly accounts, review P&L, and ensure timely, accurate reconciliations.
  • Revenue Accounting & Analysis: Validate CRM revenue data, analyse monthly revenue, accruals, deferrals, and variances, and support forecasting.
  • Additional Support: Prepare year-end audit packs, assist with budgeting, and contribute to process improvements.

About You:

  • Qualified business partner or Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA) with at least 2 years' management accounts experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a knack for transforming large datasets into meaningful reports.
  • A strong communicator who can discuss variances promptly and accurately.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, matrix organisation.
  • Experience with Sage 200 or Xero is an advantage.
