About the Role:Hays are seeking a dedicated and experienced Interim Management Accountant to join our dynamic clients team at a leading Further Education (FE) organisation in the Plymouth area of Devon.This is a full-time role offering a competitive hourly rate of £29.26. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the financial operations of our institution.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage financial reports and budgets
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Support the senior management team with financial decision-making
• Oversee the financial aspects of various projects and initiatives

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ideally, a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Consideration will be given to non-qualified candidates with substantial experience in education finance
