Interim Order to Cash Global Process Owner - O2C & S4 - Global Accounting Network : Job Details

Global Accounting Network are partnering with a global media client who are looking for an O2C Process Owner to join on an initial 6 month contract.

As the O2C Lead, this will report into the Transformation Director and will be responsible for defining the future O2C processes. Including design, architect, implementation, go-live and the steady state with an ongoing focus on continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead cross functional reviews in order develop and implement new global processes
• Business partner and develop strong relationships with the wider finance function & other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated OTC processes
• Identify and mitigate risks related to credit, collections, and cash flow management
• Take a leading role in the ongoing SAP S4Hana implementation to enhance OTC processes and reporting
• Manage the outsourced technical SAP team and work closely with the SAP master data management team
• Partner with IT to identify key integration points between existing systems
• Develop training guides to embed the new processes within O2C & SAP
• Update relevant documentation
• Ad HocO2C tasks

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified Accountant
• A proven O2C lead with prior process change experience
• MUST have SAP implementation experience
• Experience working within a global organisation
• Media or Entertainment sector would be beneficial
