A Kent-based Not For Profit organisation is urgently seeking an Interim Payroll Manager on a three-month contract to provide expert payroll services during a critical time. This standalone role will oversee payroll for a few hundred employees, manage the full payroll cycle, address manual calculations, and deliver immediate process improvements.

This role offers a rare opportunity to make a lasting impact on the organisation’s payroll function, with the flexibility to work remotely after the initial month, which ideally should have a regular presence in the Kent office to learn the business.
