Job Location : Cheshire, UK
This role will last for around 9 months, and the key focus will be working with the Finance Director to make the systems / processes work seamlessly.
The company is a diverse SME, with a range of different revenue streams. Your job, is to improve finance processes & help implement efficient ways of working.
You will be supported by the Finance Director & work together to figure out the best approach to take. From there, you will then take on the project to document processes, dismantle any current systems that are not fit for purpose & build some slick procedures to enhance business productivity.
The role will involve some elements of autonomy, so you'll be happy to crack on with implementing process improvements, winning the trust of the team & updating the Finance Director weekly.
Overall, we want to make the numbers speak to the management team - providing a clear narrative on business performance - and create a streamlined processes for the finance team to follow.
