Job Location : Dorset, UK
Join our facilities team as our Interim Property Project Manager and play a key role in delivering our business growth plans.
In this critical role, you will hold responsibility for the delivery and management of all proactive and reactive maintenance, ensuring our properties are safe, functional, and fit for purpose. From refurbishments and repurposing projects to day-to-day estate management—including fire and safety compliance—you’ll take ownership of a diverse and rewarding range of responsibilities.
You will develop and manage detailed project plans, guiding each phase from scope and resource allocation to completion and project accounting. Working in partnership with contractors, you will monitor performance and ensure all work meets regulatory standards.
The Person
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager with solid experience in estates and facilities management who can take projects from start to finish with strategic 360 planning and delivery. Ideally, you’ll have a NEBOSH or IOSH certification, be a whizz in CAD—and if you’ve got a Project Management qualification, even better!
You will bring a strong understanding of building controls and planning regulations, combined with the drive and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
Seeking a natural communicator, we are looking for someone who will build strong, credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including board level.
We have locations around the UK, so you must be prepared to travel within this role.
