An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Interim Senior Brand Manager/ Marketing Manager for a global FMCG business. This role will support across NPD projects and brand communications campaigns and provide a hybrid structure; 1-2 days per week in Berkshire. This role could also be considered across a 4 day week.

Description
The successful Interim Senior Brand Manager/ Marketing Manager will be responsible for;
- Leading the NPD development for a recognized portfolio of brands.
- Oversee and manage brand communications campaigns.
- Monitor brand performance, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to optimise distribution and sales.
- Manage a significant marketing budget to maximise ROI.
- Mentor and develop a team of junior brand managers.
Profile
A successful Interim Senior Brand Manager/ Marketing Manager should have the following experience;
- Proven experience in brand management within the FMCG industry
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with experience working with Nielsen and Kantar data.
- A creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving
- Exceptional project management skills.
