Interim Senior Finance Business Partner - Robert Walters : Job Details

Our client, a forward-thinking and innovative renewables business is looking for an Interim Senior Finance Business Partner to work with the regional delivery teams and ensure robust reporting and forecasting is reported. This person will be responsible for heading up the finance business partnering but should have a strong understanding on what a good FP&A function should look like.

Location: Midlands (Hybrid Working) Contract length: 6 months (IR35 Status TBD)Salary: £500 - £600 a day

Key Responsibilities of the Interim Senior Finance Business Partner

• Financial lead on annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and business reviews for the UK
• Supporting the Finance function in the production of monthly accounts
• Responsible for the delivery of timely, accurate management accounts
• Reviewing existing management information to drive efficiencies and improvements
• Manage product and channel profitability, with a focus on pricing, cost control, and volume performance
• Periodic reporting and analysis of performance
• Working closely with the Marketing and sales teams to understand strategy, spending, and return on investment
• Partake in the period-end, year-end and annual audit

Key Essentials of the Interim Senior Finance Business Partner

• Qualified Accountant (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Experience working in the utilities/renewable sector is desirable
