Background

My client in the media sector is looking for an Interim Senior Finance Manager for a 12 month contract to cover maternity. They are a key player in the subscription based media model.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the business with efficient processes, commercial analysis and financial governance
• End to end financial management of a small business
• Management of a junior accountant
• Provide accurate and timely reporting and information to support the magazine
• Preparation of annual financial accounts
• Production of annual budgets and forecasts
• Payroll management
• Calculation and submission of UK and European VAT returns

The Successful Candidate

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with relevant post qualification experience
• Experience from a subscription based business is essential
• Experience of hands on, end to end financial responsibility in a small company
• Must be immediately available to start first week in October

What's On Offer?

A salary between £70,000 - £80,000 per annum

Hybrid working in central London

12 month contract
