Reporting to the Finance Director, you will provide key insights and strategic financial analysis to support decision-making, enhance financial performance, and contribute to the business's long-term success.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and improve financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Partner with key stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and financial recommendations.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Analyse variances between actuals and forecasts, identifying trends and drivers.
- Support strategic initiatives, such as cost optimisation, investment appraisals, and scenario planning.
- Enhance FP&A tools, systems, and processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
