This fully-remote role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent for the organisation. They will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.

As an Interim Talent Acquisition Business Partner, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of the organisation.   • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing channels
  • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of applicants
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
  • Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
  • Stay updated on industry trends in talent acquisition
  • Collaborate with the people team on employer branding initiatives
