Intermediate/Project Surveyor Required Urgently

A well-established main contractor is currently seeking Intermediate/Project Quantity Surveyors to join their team for recently secured life sciences, commercial office, and high-end residential projects in Central and Outer London. Project values range from £25m to £100m.

The client is open to candidates capable of leading a project, as well as those comfortable working in a support or "number 2" role. Strong procurement skills and full project lifecycle experience are preferred, as these projects are either about to commence or have recently begun.

Requirements:

• Experience in two-stage/PSCA, full project lifecycle, and NEC & JCT D&B contracts preferred but not essential
