Key Account Manager - Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks, this role will become permanent) Full Job DescriptionAre you dynamic and outgoing and feel confident in speaking to customers over the phone? Do you have the ability to build a relationship with new and existing customers and feel happy to cross sell/upsell products? Do you have the passion to progress and learn?This role is involves contacting outreach customers focusing on re-engaging old accounts and generating interest in the company's products.Our client in Harlow is looking for an Account Manager to work in a small friendly, vibrant but relaxed team. You will be looking after existing and new customers to promote and develop the sales of their clients products. Full training will provided with a comprehensive induction programme within the company. The company really value people and want to invest in people to promote longevity and career progression.  Salary: £25,500 working up to Tier 2 after 18 monthsOTE: Up to £6,000 paid quarterly working towards KPI's set Hours: 8.30-5pm with half an hour lunch (40 hours per week) FULLY ONSITEBenefits: Great additional benefits are included once you become a permanent employee. Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank holidays which rises by 1 day for each year of employment rising to 30 days after 5 years service.  MAIN FUNCTION OF JOB:
  • To promote and develop the sale of the company portfolio and products.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBLITIES:
  • To develop and support product sales / market share growth in line with company objectives and targets within the business.
  • To provide quotes and orders via warm leads
  • To prospect for new business within the industry 
  • To maintain contact with the company's customers and potential customers 
  • To acquire the necessary selling skills, product knowledge and understanding of company policy
  • To ensure adequate contact coverage of the designated customers both internal and external, in line with company objectives.
  • To report on a regular basis to the Sales Manager on market trends, competitor activities and matters affecting company products and policy.
  • To deal with complaints should they arise. 
  • To support the Sales Manager in the pursuit of new sales opportunities.
  • Any adhoc duties as required by the Sales Manager.
