What You’ll Do

As a Manager at a Big Four firm in Bermuda, you’ll lead a range of impactful services for our prestigious insurance clients, including:

  • Internal audit services
  • Sarbanes Oxley (SOx) and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting advisory and assurance services
  • Enterprise risk management advisory and assurance services
  • Initial public offering (IPO) readiness reviews
  • Governance, regulatory, and compliance advisory services
  • Business process design, implementation, and operating reviews

You will manage a diverse portfolio of clients, lead multi-disciplinary teams, and collaborate on complex, cross-border engagements. Your contributions will shape the future of global businesses, all while working with senior management teams and enhancing your leadership skills.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a Manager who has:

  • 8+ years of experience in SOX, internal audit, and/or advisory services, with a focus on the insurance/reinsurance or financial services industry
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, with a professional qualification (e.g. CPA, CA)
  • Expertise in Sarbanes Oxley testing processes and controls within the insurance/reinsurance sector (not essential)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet tight timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and client relationship skills
  • A proven ability to work with senior management on complex, cross-border projects
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • A self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
