What You’ll Do

As a Senior in their Bermuda office, you’ll be at the forefront of providing a broad range of services to prestigious international insurance clients. This includes:

  • Leading internal audit services
  • Advising on Sarbanes-Oxley and financial reporting processes
  • Delivering enterprise risk management and compliance services
  • Supporting IPO readiness reviews
  • Reviewing governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
  • Driving business process design and operational reviews

You will work alongside multi-disciplinary teams on complex, cross-border projects, gaining exposure to global best practices and key industry insights. Your contributions will shape the future of some of the world’s largest and most influential companies.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in internal audit, insurance, risk management, or compliance advisory, ideally within the insurance industry
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
  • A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIA) is a plus
  • Expertise in Sarbanes-Oxley, financial reporting processes, and SOC reporting (not essential)
  • Strong organisational, client management, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
