• Promote company values and ensure employees globally feel connected and informed.
• Source news and updates from different departments and locations to create an inclusive internal communications approach.
• Act as a communications specialist, supporting various internal initiatives and employee groups.
• Develop engaging content across multiple formats, including written, visual, and audio.
• Organise and manage internal events such as town halls and specialist company events.
• Work with different business units to highlight success stories, customer case studies, and testimonials.
• Manage and update company social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content is shared.
• Analyse employee engagement metrics to continuously refine and improve communication strategies.
