Job Description :

Immediate start Internal Recruitment position.

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join a company based in Watford to provide urgent sickness cover for their Internal Recruiter.

The business is located in a location which is easy to reach both by car and public transport.

The role would be based from their office in Watford everyday so that you can have close contact with the teams you will be recruiting for.

It would be a perfect opportunity for someone in-between jobs who is looking to bridge a gap and earn some extra funds.

Whether you are from either an agency or internal recruitment background I would love to hear from you!

As this role is to provide cover for sickness we estimate the position will be for the next 2-3 weeks but it may go on for longer.

We could consider someone at full-time hours (37.5 hours pw) or slightly reduced (30hrs pw)

£18ph (plus holiday accrual, which if not used will be paid out at the end of the assignment)

Duties to include:

  • Building relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements
  • Screening candidate applications
  • Running searches on LinkedIn and Reed
  • Conducting candidate initial screening calls
  • Arranging interviews with hiring managers

Candidate Requirements

  • Recruitment experience (either agency or internal)
  • Experience using job boards for CV searches and application screening
  • LinkedIn sourcing experience
  • Excellent level of communication
  • Able to attend the Watford office every day
