Reed are proud to be working with an established and highly successful waste management company based in Great Yarmouth, recruiting for the position of a Sales Administrator to join their team on a Permanent full-time basis. This role will be undertaking various administrative tasks to support the sales team. If you are a dedicated and detail-oriented professional, I would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities : 

  • Preparing and submitting offers, products and services.
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team. 
  • Updating prospect lists.
  • Processing orders.
  • Coordinating preparation of agency/distributor agreements.
  • Liaise closely with Regional Sales Managers, agents/distributors and other departments.
  • Achieve prompt turnaround in preparing and issuing commercial offer follow up until PO receipt.
  • Attend prospect list meetings and update operations team of incoming orders.
  • Prepare and issue updated prospect lists.
  • Manage the Order Intake weekly order spreadsheet. Ensure all incoming orders, additional cost and adjustments are captured.
  • Perform admin duties such as preparing reports/forecasts.
  • Coordinate document submission for complex tender.
  • Any other reasonable verbal or written request which may not have been written in this job description.
