Internal Sales Advisor:

Sittingbourne

Salary: £25,000- £28,000

Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm NO WEEKENDS !!

We have an opportunity for an Internal Sales Advisor to join a company based in Sittingbourne who are an industry leader in the UK. You'll be based in a modern open plan office, working with a close knit energetic team. Join our close-knit and energetic team, where your proactive approach and excellent customer service skills will be highly valued.

Duties:

• Answering the phone and emails to customer queries
• Provide detailed information on available products
• Provide quotation via email
• Proactively make calls to follow up quotations
• Respond to online customer enquiries
• Process sales orders
• Answer any operation enquiries, eg. Delivery dates etc…
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
