Techunite Ltd are recruiting for an internal customer account coordinator to join a growing company based near to High Wycombe. This role will be to offer and coordinate the customer accounts to handle inquiries and requests from the customers about their existing products and services.
You will need to take initiative to find solutions to issues and address customer needs by involving other team members or departments if needed. Making sure the customer is updated at all times.
You will also have the opportunity to 'upsell' if the existing customer wishes to take out any extra products or services, earning you an extra £300-£500 a month bonus.
What you will be doing:
- Delivering outstanding Customer Service to Franchisees and Stakeholders
- Drive growth by upselling products and services
- Building on established relationships with key personnel
- Fully understand customers business requirements
- Administrative duties including producing regular business reports
- Ensuring orders are fulfilled seamlessly
- Communicating fluidly with other departments
- Ownership of customer requirements
- Ability to implement new ideas and report concerns within the team
- Updating and monitoring CRM system
Experience required to be considered for the role:
- Experienced in Customer Service/Sales environments
- Exceptional in written and oral communication
- Able to develop knowledge, and acquire new skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to adapt to fluid change
- Having a high attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Excel
