As we continue to grow, we are seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting our sales operations.Role Overview:As an Internal Sales Coordinator, you will work closely with the team to ensure smooth internal processes, timely communication, and efficient order management. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer communications, and order statuses.
  • Assist in tracking inventory levels, ensuring product availability, and coordinating with other departments for stock replenishment.
  • Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and meet business objectives.
  • Support to customers covering all relevant business operational requirements with regards to as well as general  product enquiries as a internal sales coordinator 
  • Handling and support of logistics requirements, resolving related issues / damages and liaising with customer and internal departments for all activities.
  • Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a sales coordination or administrative support role as a Internal sales coordinator
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
