Internal Sales Coordinator - Noble Recruiting : Job Details

I am working with a leading manufacturer who are hiring an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Within this role you will provide a high level of customer service and support to their clients

• Account Management - dealing with any questions or queries
• Answering leads and sending out quotes over the phone or by email
• Liaising with suppliers when needed for product information
• Processing orders and amendments
• Up selling or recommended new products to existing clients when necessary
• Processing the sales teams order confirmation
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Ad-hoc duties

The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service with the confidence to speak with clients on the phone and by email
