Internal Sales Representative

Office based, Enderby

Up to £35,000

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

In this role, you'll play a key part in driving sales, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and have a passion for business development, this could be the perfect fit for you.

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, using CRM tools to track interactions and leads
• Expanding the customer base and identifying new business opportunities
• Promoting and selling high-performance products to meet customer needs and boost sales
• Managing project pipelines, ensuring a smooth sales process from lead generation to closing
• Preparing quotes and contracts to support business growth

• Proven sales experience (ideally in the construction materials industry)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and IT proficiency
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach
